We are in search of a Clinical Operations Manager (COM) to oversee the clinical operations of our Oncology clinical research studies. Resoonsibilities: Its home based position. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for all operations, management, and conduct of Oncology clinical studies. The COM will ensure service profitability by monitoring study related expenses and overtime. Will hire new staff, conduct performance evaluations. The COM Will also ensure compliance of study protocols, SOP's, and federal regulations. Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Business, Science or a health-related field is required. Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to work a flexible schedule and prior management and clinical trails. Industry experience is essential.
