We are in search of a Clinical Operations Manager (COM) to oversee the clinical operations of our Oncology clinical research studies.
Resoonsibilities: Its home based position. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for all operations, management, and conduct of Oncology clinical studies. The COM will ensure service profitability by monitoring study related expenses and overtime. Will hire new staff, conduct performance evaluations. The COM Will also ensure compliance of study protocols, SOP's, and federal regulations.
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Business, Science or a health-related field is required. Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to work a flexible schedule and prior management and clinical trails. Industry experience is essential.

We are looking for home based Senior CRAs for one year contract position (can be renewable).
Responsibilities:
The Contract Senior CRA will be responsible for:
Conducting site monitoring visits and follow-up to identify significant problems and issues and to ensure that all clinical aspects of studies are being carried out in accordance with USA/Canada regulations.
Conducting clinical site initiation visits
Assisting in site/investigator selection
Managing and maintaining Investigator Files and essential study documents, and up-to-date tracking systems.
Attaining and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of ICH/GCP and to implement this as necessary within the clinical operations manager.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have:
A minimum of 5 years monitoring experience with CRO or Pharma/Biotech companies. Ability to travel up to 60-70% as needed per dictates of clinical study.
Life science degree/nursing qualification or appropriate experience required .
