Also offers to their clients an Institutional Review Board (IRB) that reviews protocols for all phases of trials and all research applications that involve drugs, biologics/biotechnologies and devices. These applications include for behavioral science research, compassionate use, treatment IND, treatment Protocol or for purposes not yet approved by the North American regulatory agencies (i.e. FDA or TPD).
